What happens if my country isn’t allowed to travel to Ireland in 2022?

We will continue to monitor the situation as international travel restrictions are lifted and support contingents in the process. If, due to the global situation you cannot get a visa to travel to Ireland in 2022, the Host would consider a refund of any registration fees if proof of refusal is provided.

My birthay isn't within the age range can I still join as a participant

No, the age categories are not the competence of the Belgian contingent. They are decided at the world level and are not flexible.
Are you too old? Then you may still be able to join as a member of the international service team (IST).
